Discovery & Strategy
FRNDS came to us as a concept with personality but no platform. Our job was to take everything that made this brand special — the energy, the vibe, the people and translate it into a digital presence that felt alive. We started by building the strategy from scratch. Audience mapping, platform selection, content direction, and a brand voice that felt authentic to what FRNDS was all about.
The strategy was built around community first, content second. We wanted people to feel like FRNDS was their place before they even walked through the door. Every decision from the tone of captions to the choice of influencers was made to build that sense of belonging and drive real footfall.

We handled the full 360 - social media management, content production, performance marketing, influencer partnerships, and PR. Nothing was outsourced, nothing was generic.
